OFFSET WHITE WRITING AND PRINTING PAPERS

Offset White writing and printing papers are produced between 60 gr/m2 and 160 gr/m2, upon the demand of the customers, and produced as Bristol in 180 gr/m2, 200 gr/m2 and 220 gr/m2. Produced paper is converted to sheets and reels upon customer demand. The sheets are packed in standard sizes like 57*82 cm, 64*90 cm, 68*100 cm and 70*100 cm and also packed in special sizes upon customer demand. Beside general printing purposes, Offset White writing and printing papers are also used for books, notebooks, posters, brochures, maps and encyclopedia, envelope and computer forms. As our Offset White writing and printing papers have high quality specifications in terms of important parameters which are bulkiness, opacity and surface smoothness, are generally preferred in the market.

COPY QUALITY OFFSET WHITE WRITING AND PRINTING PAPERS

Copy Quality Offset White writing and printing papers are produced in Copier Paper quality. They are produced between 60 gr/m2 and 160 gr/m2. Produced paper is packed in both sheets and reels upon the demand of the customer.

> OFFICE PAPERS:

Copy papers are produced in 80 gr/m2. These papers are produced under our own brands or we can produce them for your private label, in A4 (210*297 mm), A3 (297*420 mm) and B4 (250*353 mm) formats, in reams of 500 sheets.

Our main A4 Office paper has Average CIE value as 146 and average thickness value as 107 micron. This paper is used in high speed and color printing machines, laser printers, inkjet printers and in fax machines without any problems. No defects found in double side printings. We can increase CIE value up to 160 and average thickness as 109 micron, in case of request.

Coated printing papers; Between 80 gr/m2 and 170 gr/m2 are produced as glossy and matt coated paper, 80 gr/m2 and 90 gr/m2 as one sided coated paper and 80 gr/m2 as label paper.

Upon the demand of the customer are converted to reels or packed as 57*82 cm, 64*90 cm, 70*100 cm or special sizes requested by customer. Coated paper is used in general printing, poster and brochure printing, magazines and catalogue printing, maps and encyclopedia printing, newspaper insert printing, art book and picture printings.

During the production, coating is done on-line on both surfaces of the paper at the same time. Coating unit was revised in 2003. This revision was done with a unique technique which was not applied in the World before. With this revision, the surface quality of our coated paper has reached the quality of multiple coated papers. As this quality is achieved by coating in one station, during the production the deformations of the paper is prevented and has brought positive results in terms of cost.

Compared to the competitors’ coated papers:

Regarding the values above have more advantages. Because of this, a customer who needs 90 gr/m2 coated paper, comfortably can use our 80 gr/m2 coated paper.

> SPECIAL PRODUCTIONS

Envelope papers are produced between 90 gr/m2 and 120 gr/m2; blueprint paper 75 gr/m2; soap paper 150 gr/m2 and 160 gr/m2; drawing paper 90 gr/m2, 110 gr/m2, 120 gr/m2 and 140 gr/m2; map paper and optical reader paper 60 gr/m2 and 70 grm2 are produced under special productions category.
